Career Land Center is recruiting for a full-time Emergency Room RN at a 267-bed facility in Ft. Walton Beach, FL that also houses a dedicated Cancer Care Center.
You'll work directly with physicians and the ED team to coordinate care for patients across the full acuity spectrum, from pain management and routine procedures to fast-moving critical situations. Patient and family education is a core part of the job — helping people understand their diagnosis, treatment, and what comes next after discharge.
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current RN license, and at least a year of acute ER experience. You'll need BLS within 30 days of starting, then ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days, and TNCC within 6 months.
Shift: Nights, rotating weekends.
