About this role
The Registered Nurse (Per Diem) is responsible for coordinating and providing care to patients within the scope of practice and will strive to provide these services in a compassionate and knowledgeable fashion. The RN's role responsibilities include the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient's status, plan of care, goal achievement, and input into process improvement. This position will assist with offsite home visits for our patients interested in our concierge health program as needed. Oncology/chemotherapy experience required.
