In Tyler—East Texas's Rose Capital—you'll finish a shift and wander brick-paved Azalea District streets past the municipal rose garden that put this town on the map. Living costs sit about 8% below the national average, so your RN salary stretches further through Piney Woods canopy and Lake Tyler weekends.

Worth asking

We can’t answer these from the listing we have. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
  • What should I expect for weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are floating and staffing support handled day to day?
