What You'll Do

Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care

Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patient-centered care

Build relationships with residents and families to understand and meet their care needs

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the nursing department

Measure and drive quality outcomes to meet and exceed care standards

What You Bring

Valid RN license in [state]

Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting

At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor

Long Term Care experience (preferred)

CPR/BLS certification

Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency
