We're looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Houston County Detention Center in Georgia.
This is a full time night shift position working 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a rotating schedule.

- What You'll Do
As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll provide hands-on nursing care while working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities may include:
Administering medications and treatments Performing nursing assessments and monitoring patient conditions Responding to urgent and routine medical needs Communicating patient concerns to the appropriate medical providers Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Providing patient education and compassionate care Following established policies, procedures, and correctional healthcare standards ✅ Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Valid CPR certification Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, professional approach to patient care Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
