Innovative Wound Solutions is dedicated to providing the highest quality of advanced wound care in the home setting. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform mobile wound care treatments under the plan of care established by a Nurse Practitioner. This specific position will be servicing the Denver area. This role is perfect for a nurse looking for schedule flexibility and autonomy with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Perform UltraMist wound care treatments according to the plan of care provided by the supervising Nurse Practitioner. Remove and reapply appropriate wound care dressings according to the plan of care. Document treatment sessions accurately and thoroughly. Communicate effectively with the supervising NP regarding patient progress and any concerns. Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management as appropriate. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Requirements
Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Colorado. Must have Home Health experience or similar. Valid CO driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. Experience with wound care and willingness to be trained in UltraMist technology. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient locations. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
