The Supervisor of Clinical Informatics is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and supervision of the Clinical Informatics team. This position provides operational oversight, staff support, work assignment, and issue resolution while maintaining the ability to perform all functions of the Informatics Nurse role. The Supervisor serves as a clinical and technical resource for informatics staff, nursing & operational leaders, providers, and Information Systems teams to support the effective use, adoption, optimization, and implementation of clinical technology solutions.

The Supervisor collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure appropriate prioritization and execution of informatics work, supports organizational technology initiatives, and promotes standardization, efficiency, quality, and patient safety across clinical systems and workflows.

Schedule

Full time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Day shift | 8am-4:30pm | Monday - Friday

Starting pay begins at $104,124.80 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $104,124.80 - $156,187.20 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time
