- 2 years direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an LPN Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an LPN.

You would work 20 hours Unit Manager Duties and 20 hours Wound care/floor duties. Certified Wound Nurse would be responsible for assessing skin, developing plans of care, implementing orders and treatments, and evaluating progress of specialized skin and wound conditions. Certified Wound Nurse evaluates new admissions, weekly wound rounds, documents status, insures notification of physician and family of changes, and provides education to nursing staff.
The Certified Wound Nurse identifies wound types, analyzes trends, and supervises nursing personnel related to wound care.
