To Qualify as an LPN
- Current State License as an LPN
- Prior experience working with the elderly population
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
- Empathy and care for those that need help
- Effective communication skills
Some of Your Responsibilities as an LPN Include
- Administer medications and treatments to residents as per physician orders
- Maintain accuracy of patient records including charting as needed
- Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely
- Assist physicians during rounds
- Provide guidance and training for aides
- Demonstrates proficient nursing skills
