We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist with training and onboarding individuals for a new Personal Care Assistance (PCA) company in North Dakota.

This position will initially be remote and will focus on helping ensure new staff understand proper personal care practices, client safety, professional expectations, and PCA responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with training and onboarding new PCA staff
  • Educate staff on proper personal care techniques and procedures
  • Review safety, professionalism, and client-care expectations
  • Assist with training documentation and staff preparation
  • Answer questions from newly hired PCA staff
  • Work with management to develop and maintain an effective training process

Requirements

  • Active CNA certification in good standing
  • CNA or direct-care experience
  • Strong communication and teaching skills
  • Comfortable training and working with new PCA staff
  • Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
  • Must be located in North Dakota
  • Ability to provide required employment and credential documentation during onboarding

Compensation

$30.00 per hour

Approximately 20 hours per week

Part-time
