Overview Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care Location: Moses Lake, Washington, United States Travel assignment starting 09/01/2026 for 13 weeks Shift: Evening, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (5x8) Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Weekly pay: $936-$971 per week Setting: LTC - Nursing Home Key Highlights • Weekly pay: $936-$971 per week • Guaranteed hours: 40 per week • Contract duration: 13 weeks • Shift: Evening, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM • Start date: 09/01/2026 • Setting: Long term care / geriatrics Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, following the established plan of care. • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, document responses, and monitor for adverse effects. • Assess residents for changes in condition; report significant findings promptly to the supervising nurse and physician. • Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide support for dementia and memory care needs. • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the charting system; update care plans as needed. • Promote safety, dignity, and comfort; coordinate with the health care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Requirements • Current Licensed Practical Nurse license for Washington state (WA). • Ability to work in a long-term care setting and provide compassionate dementia care. • Availability for the evening shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) and 40 hours per week. • Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work collaboratively with the care team. • Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.
