Integrate Workers' Compensation Coordinator and Employee Health Services functions to develop an integrated approach to manage employee injury, illness and disability. Maintain confidential Employee Health Records. Monitor and ensure all annual employee and volunteer testing, immunization and medical surveillance requirements for, healthcare facilities, are in compliance.
Collaborate with Infection Control, Occupational Medicine, Safety Officer, and Employee Health Medical Director to ensure that employee exposures receive appropriate medical treatment and counseling and are documented, reported and tracked according to regulations and Sacramento's Natural Market protocols. Ensure all post offer, pre-employment testing requirements for applicants and volunteers are complete. Report and process all workers' compensation claims.
