What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting
- Follow established care plans and monitor patient progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any changes
Requirements
Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted) Pediatric experience preferred Skills with G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus Check ACHA As required by House Bill 531 (2025), the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse has launched a new Education and Awareness website. Please access it using the link below: https://info.flclearinghouse.com Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment
