About the employer

Seacrest Behavioral Health

On paper right now, the clearest fact is the place itself—St Louis—not a long list of posted ratios, differentials, or residency dates. If you are comparing offers, other employers that appear in the same market include Mercy, Delmar Gardens Family,…

Emergency is open from year one. Fellowships take new grads. The windows matter.

Worth asking

We can’t answer these from the listing we have. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
  • What should I expect for weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load and staffing support handled day to day?
