Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Make a Difference in Lives!

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN at Van Duyn, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

Administer medications as prescribed by physicians

Serve as charge nurse, overseeing the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Monitor patient/resident plans of care and participate in the care planning process

Report to the nurse manager, nursing supervisor, or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care

Valid LPN Practical Nurse License

CPR Certification
