Job Details
To assist with coordinating the clinical education programs provided by The Kingston Hospital. To provide general nursing orientation. To assist clinical departments in meeting their staff development needs from needs assessment and planning through provision and evaluation of program. To function as an internal consultant and facilitator regarding clinical education.
Education
- BSN required; MS preferred
Experience
- Acute care Med-Surg experience (3-5 yrs); 1 yr. as educator or other related experience
Training/License
- BLS instructor; ACLS instructor; PALS instructor; computer skills required;/Current NYS Licensed Registered Nurse
Other
o BLS/ACLS/PALS Certifications required: Clinical Area (i.e., Med-Surg, CCRN, etc.)
