About this role
Provides direct care to residents for their daily living activities and ensures quality care is given.
Responsibilities
- Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
- Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
- Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
- Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
Job Qualifications and Skills
- Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is located
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrates patience and empathy
Night Shift Full time and every other weekend.
