Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Home Care

All Your Needs Home Care Services, LLC is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide nursing oversight for our home care clients and direct care staff.

Responsibilities

  • Complete initial client assessments and reassessments.
  • Develop and update client plans of care.
  • Complete required 90-day supervisory visits.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to PCAs/CNAs and other direct care staff.
  • Monitor clients for changes in condition and care needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, families, physicians, and case managers as needed.
  • Help ensure services meet agency policies and North Carolina home care requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Home care or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
