Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Home Care
All Your Needs Home Care Services, LLC is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide nursing oversight for our home care clients and direct care staff.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial client assessments and reassessments.
- Develop and update client plans of care.
- Complete required 90-day supervisory visits.
- Supervise and provide guidance to PCAs/CNAs and other direct care staff.
- Monitor clients for changes in condition and care needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with clients, families, physicians, and case managers as needed.
- Help ensure services meet agency policies and North Carolina home care requirements.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Home care or supervisory experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
