About this role
Focused Post Acute Care Partners is looking for a Certified Nurse Aide to join their team. Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living to promote resident independence and dignity. Essential functions include ensuring resident safety, bathing, showering, shampooing, nail care, following resident assignment schedules, lifting and transferring residents, answering call lights, assisting or feeding residents, providing toileting and incontinent care, creating safe environments, and utilizing electronic medical records charting with PointClickCare.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Nurse Aide certification in the state of Texas
- Good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in Texas and Misconduct Registry
- Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents
