DaVita is seeking an Experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, monitoring patients, managing treatment plans, responding to health changes, collaborating with a supportive clinical team including Patient Care Technicians, educating patients and families on kidney health and treatment options, and floating to nearby clinics as needed.
