Qualifications
- Must be flexible and able to adjust to frequently changing tasks.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse under the laws of the state of Oklahoma. Experience in home health preferred, but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides home health clients/consumers with skilled nursing care or services within the established plan of care.
- Assess client's/consumer's physical, psychological, social and environmental status.
- Evaluates client's home situations to determine appropriate health teaching information.
- Teaches, supervises and counsels clients/consumers regarding care needs and related problems.
