The RN, Nights and Weekends provides after-hours field visits to patients, families, and community partners. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with team members, patients/families, and referral resources. Shift: Friday 8pm-8am, Saturday 8pm-8am, Sunday 8pm-8am. Coverage areas: Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Hernando, Highland, Hardee, Citrus and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; hospice or hospital experience preferred
- Previous experience working with an EMR/EHR system
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written); bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance per Company policy
- Reliable transportation
- Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Proficiency in MS Office software applications, data entry, and navigation skills
