About this role

The RN, Nights and Weekends provides after-hours field visits to patients, families, and community partners. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with team members, patients/families, and referral resources. Shift: Friday 8pm-8am, Saturday 8pm-8am, Sunday 8pm-8am. Coverage areas: Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Hernando, Highland, Hardee, Citrus and surrounding areas.
