Outpatient Registered Nurse – ENT and Procedural Care HealthYes Talent Partners is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse for a full-time outpatient opportunity with a specialty medical practice in Broward County. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys direct patient care, assisting with office-based procedures, and working closely with physicians in a fast-paced clinical environment. Position Highlights Full-time, on-site position Outpatient specialty practice No inpatient responsibilities Direct physician collaboration Supportive, patient-centered clinical team Opportunity to develop specialized experience in ENT, allergy, sinus, and sleep-related care Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and obtain vital signs and medical histories Provide pre- and post-procedure monitoring Prepare examination and procedure rooms Assist physicians with in-office procedures Administer medications as ordered Maintain sterile technique and follow infection-control protocols Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Coordinate patient flow and document care accurately in the electronic medical record Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license Current BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program ENT, ambulatory surgery, outpatient, or procedural-care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and patient-education skills Comfortable assisting with office-based procedures Proficiency with electronic health records Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Join a respected specialty practice where you can provide hands-on nursing care, support innovative outpatient treatments, and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in their health and quality of life.
