Requirements
- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, nursing care center, or other related healthcare setting
- Experience in supervision, leadership, and staff development
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices (strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and standards applicable to long-term care settings
