Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures and treatments
Monitor, assess, and document residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Qualifications
Active and current Florida RN License
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
Current CPR Certification
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to teamwork and quality care
