Requirements
- Minimum associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent from two year college or technical school
- Oncology experience preferred
- Must maintain current Indiana nursing license
- Oncology Nurse Certification highly encouraged and supported
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required from a provider that follows AHA guidelines
- Skill check off upon hire
- Outpatient experience
- Chemotherapy administration
