Key
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans
- Monitor and assess residents' health status and implement appropriate interventions
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
- Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff to maintain high-quality care standards
- Document nursing care in compliance with regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- A genuine passion for elder care and strong commitment to resident dignity
