Concordia at Rebecca Residence in Allison Park offers personal care or long-term nursing care. Nestled in front of a 52-acre backdrop of woodlands and picturesque landscape, our beautiful location has a rural feeling, but is just a half hour away from the shopping, restaurants and culture of Pittsburgh. We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well! Seeking a dedicated RN to function as 2pm-1030pm RN supervisor. Rotating weekends and NO Call. The RN Supervisor is a Licensed Nurse who functions both as a supervisor and manager to provide quality care and services to our residents.. This individual is expected to assume the responsibility for his/her health care delivery and to supervise the work of other employees. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects of resident care fostering both interdepartmental and intradepartmental cooperation. He/She communicates pertinent information to Administration, Physicians, Families, Consultants, and other service providers. Qualifications: · Dedicated to providing high quality care. · Graduate of an approved school of nursing · Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse. · Demonstration of leadership ability. · Displays caring attitude towards residents. · Works well with people. · Show enthusiasm and motivation. · Demonstrates the ability to verbally communicate resident status/changes in condition.
