BlueHeart Professionals is a nurse-owned healthcare staffing agency based in Seattle. We place RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in senior care communities across the Seattle-Tacoma-Everett area, including assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. The Role

We're hiring per diem Licensed Practical Nurses to cover shifts at our partner facilities. You choose the shifts that fit your schedule. Day, evening, and night shifts are available.

What You'll Do

Pass and document medications and treatments within your LPN scope of practice

Monitor residents' vital signs and condition, and report changes to the RN or provider

Provide wound care and other ordered nursing treatments

Supervise and support CNAs and caregivers on your shift

Keep accurate, timely documentation in the facility's EHR

Requirements

Active Washington State LPN license (or multistate compact license valid in WA)

Current BLS certification

At least 1 year of LPN experience (long-term care, assisted living, or SNF experience preferred)

Currently living in the U. S. and authorized to work in the U. S.

Reliable transportation to facilities in the Seattle-Tacoma-Everett area
