The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse

What You Will Do

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the direction of the Director of Nursing

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time

Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review

Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs

Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports

Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards

Monitor residents for changes in condition (e.g., confusion, fever, breathing difficulty, pain, appetite changes, mobility loss) and notify providers as needed

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

What You Must Have

Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.

Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
