The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contracted, school-based placement in Raleigh, NC for the 2026-2027 school year! This is a full-time role supporting a local K-12 district with nursing services.

- At least 2 years of significant experience working with developmentally disable and/or medically fragile children is preferred
- Experience working with trachs is preferred
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and accountability
What you'll do
- Work closely with the school nurse to assist with daily health office duties, including obtaining and documenting vital signs, assisting with health screenings, managing health office inventory, and cleaning and disinfecting equipment
- Report student concerns, injuries, illnesses, and changes in condition to the school nurse
- Implement student care plans as directed by the school nurse
