About this role
The Sisters of St. Joseph of St. Augustine are looking for a skilled, compassionate individual to assist the Sisters in their health and wellness needs. The Sisters reside in a private home (Our lady of Lourdes Convent) in St. Augustine.
This full time position with the Sisters of St. Joseph will include but not limited to:
Assisting the RN.
Helping to plan and coordinate care for retired Sisters.
Supervising CNAs as needed.
Having end of life and/or hospice experience.
Having hospital and long term care experience.
Being a patient advocate when necessary, for Sisters who are hospitalized or in rehab.
Communicating with doctors, vendors and care facilities as needed.
Providing on call coverage in a rotation
The LPN candidate must have more than five years of LPN experience, and currently licensed in the state of Florida.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
