About this role

DL Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking skilled and dependable RNs and LPNs to do homecare visits in Chicago (downtown and suburbs). RN/LPN would visit clients' homes and coordinate with Director of Nursing to ensure that Care Plans are followed.

Qualifications

Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse in IL Minimum of one year of nursing experience (home health nursing experience preferred) Current CPR certification Reliable transportation.
