Role Overview
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a MedTele unit, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs closely. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and respond promptly to acute patient changes. Educate patients and their families about care and health management. Advocate for patient safety and uphold principles of diversity and inclusivity. Participate in continuous learning within a supportive and innovative environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Valid nursing license and relevant clinical experience. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic clinical situations.
