Requirements
- Extensive background in nursing management within hospice, home health, assisted living
- Proven supervising experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Critical care experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation review, patient monitoring, and medical records management
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy principles
- Demonstrated expertise in managing shift operations while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards
- Experience working with Medicare guidelines and billing processes related to hospice and home health services
- Leadership skills
