Requirements

Extensive background in nursing management within hospice, home health, assisted living
Proven supervising experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced healthcare environments
Critical care experience
Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation review, patient monitoring, and medical records management
Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy principles
Demonstrated expertise in managing shift operations while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards
Experience working with Medicare guidelines and billing processes related to hospice and home health services
