About this role

The NPIPC executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to the management program aspects, demonstrates performance and leadership that is broad enough to impact the standard of care and safety of staff while caring for all patients, will be responsible for the multiple facility wide programs and nursing initiatives, is responsible for the documented outcomes at the program level and for supporting the programs in all services. The Nursing Care and Performance Improvement Program Coordinator RN is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age specific components. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
