Perform thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform care plans.
Administer medications via injections, IV infusions, and other routes while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Provide patient education on health coaching topics such as medication , nutrition, wound care, and overall health.
Ensure infection control standards are rigorously followed to prevent healthcare-associated infections across all settings.
Proven experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation.
Skilled in patient assessment techniques including vital signs measurement and physical examinations across age groups.
Expertise in administering injections (including dermal fillers if applicable), IV insertion/infusion therapy, phlebotomy and venipuncture.
