About this role
Euola is seeking Registered Nurse Case Managers to provide non-clinical medical readiness and case management support for Arizona Army National Guard Soldiers in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on coordinating medical, dental, and behavioral health readiness activities to ensure Soldiers meet deployment and retention requirements. The RN Case Manager serves as a liaison among Soldiers, military medical providers, unit leadership, and government stakeholders to resolve medical readiness issues and maintain deployable force readiness.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain military installation access
- Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must reside in Arizona or be able to work on-site daily
- Military, VA, TRICARE, or DoD healthcare experience (preferred)
