*About the Role*
As a Travel ICU RN, you will provide care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital setting, supporting life-saving interventions and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to manage complex patient conditions.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and manage IV drips
- Respond to emergency and life-threatening situations
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety standards
*Schedule & Assignment Details*
- 3x12 shifts (Day or Night available)
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 13-week assignment
*What We’re Looking For*
- Minimum 18 months of recent ICU experience
- Minimum 18 months of permanent ICU experience prior to travel assignments
- Strong critical care and patient management skills
- Ability to work in a high-acuity environment
*Required Qualifications*
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
*Important Notes*
- Orientation (32–40 hours) paid at 50% of base hourly rate
- Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation
- SafeMedicate assessment required
