About this role
Full-time days RN Charge Nurse position in the Cath Lab Department at Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of interview, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and triage. The RN Charge Nurse supervises and mentors nursing and support staff during assigned shift, determines staffing levels and assignments, provides direct patient care, evaluates effectiveness of patient care, and integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
Schedule
Days 6:30am-3:00pm with On-Call Required. Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus.

Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school (required)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred
- Active Arizona or Compact RN License
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Must obtain ACLS and CPR within 90 days of hire
