Our dedicated team is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN). Infusion nurses and caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our team will routinely follow up to monitor patient’s progress, compliance, and safety. A caregiver in this position works 9:00am—7:30pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will
Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Critical Care Course or validated OJT for critical care settings Periop 101 or validated OJT for the Operating room setting Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) One-year of current acute care RN experience. Will consider licensed military RN experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include
Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN)
