The LPN/RN engages in client-centered services such as care plan coordination, treatment adherence, administering IM injections, follow up, and adherence to policies and procedures as required by Northland Cares, along with other local, state, and federal entities. Requirements
- LPN or RN license
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- 1 year or more of applicable work experience in a medical setting
- Currently holds an unencumbered LPN or RN license with the AZ State Board of Nursing
- Arizona Driver's License and up to date auto insurance
- Computer/technical literacy including general Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
