Kolin Angels nurses and caregivers provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families.

We are looking for Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work part-time shifts/PRN shifts. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of adult patients in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients
