Primary City/State: Mesa, Arizona. Department Name: Home Care Team-East. Work Shift: Day. Job Category: Nursing. *Up to a 15K Sign-on Bonus if eligible* *Up to a 5K relocation Bonus if eligible*. Banner Home Health is a four-star home care agency with a track record for quality and excellence and is the largest skilled home care agency in Phoenix. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will join the Banner Home Health Clinical Team providing exceptional, expert care in your community. You will enjoy an autonomous practice focusing on medical intervention within the patient's actual home environment. This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction.

Requirements

Current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure (NLC)
BLS Certification
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance coverage (active and maintained)
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Professional certification (preferred)
1 year experience
