The Nurse Manager for Surgery Center is responsible for the overall management and coordination of surgical services within the ASC, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. This role includes oversight of ASC operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, and continuous performance improvement. The Nurse Manager will report regularly to the assigned supervisor and the management team , providing updates on operational performance, quality outcomes, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements
Current RN license in MN
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including leadership roles is required.
Operating Room (OR) experience required
Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
