About this role
Careview Health and Rehab of Minocqua is hiring nurses. Seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs to join the team as a Charge Nurse for the night shift (6p to 6a). In this role, you will oversee patient care, manage nursing staff, and ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care during their stay. Responsible for coordinating with healthcare professionals, administering medications, and providing support to patients and their families. $7,500 Sign-On BONUS to be paid out at 60-90-120 days.

Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Experience in acute care settings such as hospitals or long-term care facilities preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as PointClick Care
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and patient assessment techniques
- Previous experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or geriatrics is highly desirable
- Ability to perform essential nursing skills including venipuncture, phlebotomy, medication administration, and wound care
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Compassionate approach to patient care with an emphasis on dignity and respect for all individuals
