About the Opportunity

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We offer flexible per diem opportunities for nurses looking for competitive pay, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Service Areas: Passaic County, including Clifton, Passaic, Wayne, and surrounding communities.

Compensation
$45.00 per hour for nursing shifts
$85.00 per LPN visit

Scheduling Opportunities

We are looking for LPNs with availability for

Weekday shifts Weekend shifts Day shifts Overnight shifts Assignments are based on patient needs and nurse availability.

Requirements Active New Jersey LPN license Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in an acute care or home care setting Current BLS certification Authorization to work in the United States Physical examination completed within the past 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years Proof of flu vaccination or an approved medical exemption Valid driver’s license preferred

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus

Ventilator and tracheostomy (trach) care Medical-Surgical Home Care Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is preferred but not required.
