Position Overview
A leading NYC health system is seeking an experienced IVF Coordinator RN to join its fertility department in Manhattan. This role is ideal for a highly organized, patient-focused nurse with prior reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) experience. The IVF Coordinator RN will serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey, providing clinical guidance, education, and care coordination in a fast-paced, high-touch outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of IVF cycles, including scheduling, medication teaching, cycle monitoring, and follow-up care
Act as the main liaison between patients, physicians, embryology lab, and ancillary departments
Provide detailed patient education on treatment protocols, medications, and procedures
Review lab results, track cycle progress, and communicate updates to patients and providers
Administer medications and assist with procedures as needed (e.g., ultrasounds, egg retrieval prep, embryo transfer support)
Ensure accurate and timely documentation within Epic Systems

Qualifications
Active RN license in New York State
