Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Part Time, Overnights

The Nursing Supervisor is an essential part of Pembroke Hospital’s inpatient leadership team. This is a part time position and includes an every other weekend requirement.

Responsibilities

• Have administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the overall coordination of nursing services during the shift

• Supervise / coordinate services provided during admissions and on the inpatient units to provide optimal utilization of human and environmental services

• Provide leadership to nursing staff in the nursing care delivery system in order to ensure accordance with Pembroke Hospital’s philosophy and established nursing standards of practice of care and policies and procedures

Qualifications

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred

• MA Registered Nurse (RN) license

• 4 years' related experience

• CPR certification

• Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills
