The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans. Responsibilities include providing resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice, following care plans developed by the Nurse Manager, performing medication administration and treatments, monitoring and assessing residents' conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
